Great quick service! Listened to what we wanted them to check and immediately switched out the breaker. A previous company charged us and fixed nothing! Definitely will use them again.

Jason was super responsive and friendly! I reached out for a quote to fix a bad breaker. Price was very reasonable, and he was able to get me an appointment for the next day. Arrived on time and fixed everything efficiently. The whole process was easy and smooth. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an electrician. Would definitely work with him again in the future.

Extremely prompt on Yelp messages, I mostly communicated with Minh through Yelp and got an initial quote from him. Most businesses on Yelp were vague or didnt offer a quote at all. After explaining my set up, the quote needed to go up - (my condo set up is very difficult for most contractors).

I wanted a dedicated circuit in my 2 bathrooms so I could have a bidet in each. To come out and estimate the work was free, and he never over promised anything but said that he would try to make my setup work.  

On the day of the install, they inspected the wall spaces by going through the attic. One bathroom was relatively easy, the other one near the exterior wall had a lot of piping and a beam blocking the bottom area so the only location they could put it was in a higher up area above the toilet - it's not ideal but it is functional for what we needed. They also did a nice job with the circuit panel switch replacements and labeling.

From start to finish was about 6 hours (8am to 2pm). They were on time, courteous, and cleaned up after the work was done.

Minh is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and a very honest guy. If anything comes up I will update, otherwise his service has been great!

Mauricio and his partner were very kind, considerate and got the job done fast. I got my light switches changed out for WiFi switches. Everything is working great!  Mauricio is also very knowledgeable. I will come back to them for my next project.

I was so desperate on having an EV CHARGE installed in the garage where I live (Apartment complex). Looked at YELP and Formosa Electric is on the top of the list that does the service. Without hesitation, I requested a quote and a few hours later I got a response from Roger L. requesting me to send photos of my garage and the electric panel which I promptly did. The next day, I texted him and messaged him back on Yelp to see if he got the images to which he replied back saying that he did soon after, he called me asking me how I wanted it to be done and started asking me questions like I am an electrician. I mean how would I know? I am trying to hire them to make the call on how it needs to be done and they're asking me? Really??!! Unfortunately, that was the last of it, didn't hear anything back from him and I was left hanging and wondering. I guess they think that they wouldn't make any money on the service I was requesting.. Ohh well..

We asked for an estimate for installation of 3 electrical outlets to our garage plus moving the watering system control panel to a different spot. They responded very quickly, came next day on time for estimate. Very pleasant manners and they have their masks on all the time. They gave a reasonable quote and date for service.
The day of the installation, they again showed up on time. Very clean work, explaining all pros and cons clearly. We needed someone to patch the drywall where it had to be cut. They referred and contacted the third party themselves even providing us with an estimate for that job.
I will definitely call them for their services again for future projects.

Henry and his team did an amazing job upgrading my old panel to a 200 amp and running a separate NEMA 14-50 line for my electric car.

I appreciate that Henry was honest and saved me money by recommending a different option to my original request. Communication was very easy and straightforward. His price is very reasonable and he didn't try to upsell me compared to other businesses I had quotes from. He pointed out things that I might want to look into upgrading in the future.

The day of the appointment, Henry came on time with his team. Everyone was friendly and professional. They were respectful of keeping my home clean. They laid a cloth from the door to the crawl space entrance. They cleaned everything before they left.

Everything was completed ahead of schedule. Henry made the process very easy with PG&E and the city of San Jose for permits. I was surprised when he told me everything is done and they were leaving. We had Roberto complete some electrical work in our home. We wanted to center an existing ceiling mount light fixture directly above our dining table. The process began with a virtual meeting where he explained how to best achieve our goal and he provided a free estimate. He was incredibly communicative, knowledgeable, and friendly. Roberto arrived on time and was able to complete the project without making unwanted holes in our walls, which we greatly appreciated. We will definitely use Roberto from Electric Heroes again for future electrical projects.

I had a need to re-locate power outlet, to accommodate built-in fridge. Dan came over on Saturday and did an excellent job.  Would recommend his services.

Wow! Probably the best experience with a service professional EVER! My husband and I were watching tv on a Saturday and smelled a burning electrical smell. And sure enough one of our outlets was melting!  Pretty scary to think of what could have happened if left unaddressed!  We found Fast Handy Electric through Yelp and they answered our call while out at another job. Within an hour they showed up and fixed the problem. Completely reasonable rates especially considered it's a holiday weekend. Not only did they fix the problem, they were super knowledgeable on why it happened and what other things to potentially look into. The owner on his way out spotted a few other little things and was fixing things that we didn't even ask to be fixed. We will absolutely use them again and spread the word!!! Thank you so much!

I made a request, got a call back right away scheduled an appointment and they showed up the next morning.  They replaced 2 GFCI outlets and sealed everything up and were finished within 90 minutes.  Excellent service and great work.  Would definitely use them again!

Update April 24.  We had a overhead garage lamp ballast go out, call them that morning and he showed up around 1.  He had the ballast replaced in about 20 minutes and I got great service once again!   Thanks.

My Samsung dryer suddenly stopped heating.  The dryer functioned through it's cycle but was not heating.    Contacted Fuse, and they responded promptly to diagnose my issue.   Max responded and diagnosed the dryer.   He stated everything was fine with the dryer.  The problem was with the my outlet wiring.   He showed me that not enough power was flowing into dryer.
   Unfortunately we had to get new wiring leading to the dryer.   Once the dryer outlet and wiring  was replaced, the dryer functioned fine.   I would recommend fuse.

Installed 3 ceiling fans and added an outlet in the garage. Was available right away and was very responsive and reliable.

Jack took his time and found the problem i had which was a shorted circuit in the house. Very good price and he was responsive. Highly recommend!

Carlos has replaced a sub-panel and rewired part of the house that we recently purchased. He is very knowledgeable, effective, friendly, and professional. He responses our phone calls, texts, and emails promptly, and answers all of our questions. There was a little miscommunication at the beginning. But once we sorted the things out, he is great! He shows up on time and does a good job. We thoroughly enjoyed to work with him. We will definitely use him again and recommend him to others.

Mike is such a nice, generous guy who genuinely seems to enjoy helping people. We exchanged many Yelp messages and a phone call on a Sunday regarding an electrical issue that I was very worried about. Without receiving a dime for his time and expertise, and with great sensitivity to trying to spare us an expensive repair visit, Mike continued to communicate with us, answer our questions, and suggest helpful tips because his schedule was packed and he couldn't fit us in. We ended up having to go with a different provider, as we wanted an earlier appointment, but we're grateful to Mike for going out of his way to try and help us.
